A MILLION
IN THE WINE GLASS

The play of the bubbles, called by a beautiful word “perlage”, is as important for a proper perception of the sparkling wine as its taste.
In a glass of “Moskva Zlatoglavaya” wine, 76,000,000 bubbles are sparkling.

And if we count them per the glass, we will see that a standard glass of 100 ml of “Moskva Zlatoglavaya” sparkling wine contains 11,000,000 (11 million) bubbles – this number is close to the official population of Moscow!

10 micron is the size of a newly born bubble (1 micron = 0.001 mm).

The bubbles occur thanks to the production technology, particularly, a secondary fermentation according to the Charmat-Martinotti method (reservoir/acratophore fermentation).
