ASSEMBLAGE

CHENIN BLANC – is a grape variety that is responsible for the wine’s body and boldness. It has high acidity and is multifaceted, thanks to which the body of the beverage manifests itself.

CHARDONNAY is the most delicate and soft grape variety. It is flexible, fruit-flavored and has a rich bouquet, which develops quickly and gives roundness to the wine.

SAUVIGNON BLANC is a wonderful grape variety with a gooseberry aroma. It is fine, fresh, and literally “crunchy”

TASTING

When you taste “Moskva Zlatoglavaya” SPARKLING WINE, it touches all of your senses, including touch, smell, taste, sight and even sound.

SOUND – “Moskva Zlatoglavaya” has an effect on our hearing: the sound with which the cork leaves the properly opened bottle is the first chord of the entire symphony that is available to a sensitive ear. The wine is poured into the glass with a crackling, “crunchy” sound. The sparkling of “Moskva Zlatoglavaya” wine resembles a whisper, a rustle, a riffle, shivers and trembling…

SIGHT – the wine attracts the tasters with its play of light and crystal clearness. The play of bubbles in “Moskva Zlatoglavaya” delights the eye with their upward movements, thinning, and the way in which they form a “pearl necklace” around the rim of the glass.

SMELL – a subtle aroma and the sparkling nature of the wine even outshine the bouquet.

  • A CENTURY-OLD LOVE TO moscow golden domes

“In the old days, merchants used to wash down flaming pancakes and soft caviar with frozen champagne – this was one of the traditions of Maslenitsa in Moscow of those times.” Ivan Alekseyevich Bunin “Pure Monday”
Aesthetes used to drink this sparkling wine with botvinia and buckwheat porridge, and students liked to drink a glass of it with ice-cold caviar on a piece of hot soft bread.
